How are massage glasses used?

1. Charge the glasses with the included USB cable. You can plug it into a laptop or phone charger adapter. After 2 hours the glasses are ready.

2. If you have contact lenses - remove them. Place the massager on your eyes and tighten the band until it is comfortable. The glasses are light, the neck strap is elastic and adjustable according to the size of the head.
